Grossmann Schmitz-Engels Architekten is a Berlin-based architectural company. The profile of the office is aligned to quality residential and commercial buildings. The design focus is in planning and execution of projects in fundamental analysis of the existing structure and surrounding. The result is a design of a contemporary building, which is committed to a classic form without being historicizing. Careful detailing and the use of selected materials through to the interior is focusing a solid craftsmanship and lasting quality.

In addition, there is another field of activity of the office in advertising and project controlling activities for external investors and planners. As coordinating local partner, we take first expert opinions regarding to condition and profitability of individual objects, building code consulting including the coordination with authorities and specialist planner as well as construction management and supervision with regard to technical and design aspects.
